If you are driving, there are a bunch of hotels just outside the park entrance; like Best Western, Holiday Inn, Ramada, or something like that, a little cheaper than at the canyon rim. If you want to stay in the park and don't want to spend a lot, ask about the motor lodge. Its kinda rustic and has no air conditioning, but its not too expensive either and you can walk to the canyon attractions.

You gotta go to the Arizona Room for dinner, its a steak house and it has a big picture windo so you can see the canyon at sunset. PS: if you are gonna stay at the canyon, take a flashlight. You may get caught out of your hotel at night walking from attractions, and its REAAAAAL dark there.

I'd say the BEST hotel within the Grand Canyon would be the El Tevor Hotel. Located literally just steps from the South Rim. However, rooms are usually close to $200/ night and booked well in advance. I say save some big bucks and try the Holiday Inn Express located just 1 mile south of the Park's South Rim enterance. Rooms consistently under $100/night (4 per room) and it includes a free buffet breakfast daily, small heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.

i ought to point only looking round on-line at diverse lodges earlier you're making your decision. make confident you seem for discounted prices and any all inclusive applications which will be presented. in case you only do your homework earlier you move (spend a at the same time as looking round) you should manage to discover very a lot. reliable success!
